Just here to provide some encouragement RE: your wisdom teeth surgery - I also had mine out as an adult (at age 29) and I'm the biggest wimp I know with an extremely low pain tolerance so I was absolutely TERRIFIED. I'm happy to say it wasn't bad at all! I drank a can of pineapple juice the day before on the advice of friends (apparently it helps with swelling?) and also grabbed an ice pack that wrapped around my face and that was so helpful. As an added bonus, it added some levity to an anxious week because I looked completely ridiculous wearing it. Sending good vibes your way!
